Joe joined LVG Advisors in 2017 as a Senior Consultant to leverage his experience working with the senior-most leaders in businesses to help them understand the dynamics of effectively bringing their services to the market and close business. For six years, Joe was a National Director at Ernst & Young, where he trained and mentored the firm’s Partners and Senior Managers on their sales and marketing capabilities, in addition to being a player-coach on a number of successful multi-million-dollar sales pursuits. Since leaving E&Y, Joe has provided assistance to private businesses in transition. As a “C” level executive, he has led a number of companies through successful turnarounds and the subsequent M&A process. During these engagements, he has focused on; solidifying and expanding customer relationships (revenue) by implementing Strategic Account Management (SAM) methodologies, re-aligning the organization to support a customer focus (operational effectiveness), and leadership development..
With over 35 years of professional experience, Joe has helped hundreds of businesses and business leaders use a data driven approach to examining their individual effectiveness and the effectiveness of their organization. He is adept at converting the analysis into actionable and concrete strategies to effect rapid change as well as in the direct oversight to ensure proper execution. He has continued to provide executive level coaching and mentoring to Board and executive level individuals and thoroughly enjoys the process of training, challenging and motivating executives to succeed in their respective area of expertise.
